Check air pressure minimum 5 bar (75psi) maximum 9 bar (135psi)

Check piston movement

Place filling cup back to the self positioning guide

Make sure safety door is close

Press and hold push button to test operate

Remove spray head from aerosol can

Place filling cup into aerosol can

Press filling cup until fit

Filling cup and aerosol can in ready position

Pour 100ml of paint into filling cup

Place filling cup and aerosol can back to the self positioning guide

Push filling cup until it is self positioned with the piston

Adjust base platform until the base of the aerosol can

Ready position of filling cup and aerosol can inside the machine

Make sure safety door is close

Clean piston with paper or cloth immediately after use
